Our Wagga Wagga Services
LIFESTYLE PROGRAM
Our Lifestyle Program is built for adults who want more than a traditional day program can offer. Activities change with the seasons and are designed around every ability, interest and budget, so no two customers' weeks look the same.
We balance Skill Building, Fitness, Health, Creativity and Leisure with an outcome-based approach, giving customers real progress to work toward, and giving parents and carers peace of mind that time is being well spent.
What's involved:
Seasonally rotating activities across skills, fitness, creativity and community access
Individually tailored to ability, interest and NDIS budget
An outcome-based approach, not just a way to fill the day
VOCATIONAL PROGRAM
Our Vocational Program including School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is designed for young adults aged 16 and over who have left, or are preparing to leave, school and are seeking genuine support as they take their next steps toward employment.
The goal for all customers is to build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to transition into mainstream employment supports or meaningful employment. We work toward this through a structured program tailored to each individual customer, along with strong partnerships with local Disability Employment Services (DES) providers and employers.
Our program focuses on helping young adults discover their strengths, develop workplace skills, explore career pathways, and build the confidence needed to achieve their employment goals.
HOME & COMMUNITY SUPPORTS
Everyday life happens both at home and within the community, and that’s where our support happens too. Our Home & Community Supports are tailored to each person’s individual goals, needs, and preferences.
Support may include building independence with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, getting out and about in the community, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, or simply having the right person by your side to help you build confidence, develop skills, and create meaningful friendships through small social group activities.
We’re here to provide the support that helps people live the life they choose, with greater independence, connection, and confidence.
ACCOMMODATION
We offer a range of accommodation supports across Wagga Wagga — Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO), Short Term Accommodation (STA) and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) — each tailored to the individual's needs, goals and level of support required.
